A2P 10DLC Registration Consent Clause


If the customer opts in to allow Stratify Go LLC to register their business for A2P 10DLC messaging compliance, they acknowledge and agree that:


1. Consent to Act on Behalf: Stratify Go may submit their business and contact information to The Campaign Registry (TCR), mobile carriers, and any required regulatory entities on their behalf solely for the purpose of SMS compliance.

2. Accuracy of Information: The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. Stratify Go is not liable for any delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or false information.

3. No Guarantee of Approval: Submission of registration information does not guarantee approval by the carriers or regulatory bodies. Stratify Go does not control approval timelines or outcomes.

4. Data Handling & Protection: All sensitive business data provided for registration purposes will be encrypted, stored securely, and used only for the purpose of A2P 10DLC registration. Stratify Go does not sell, rent, or share this data with unauthorized third parties.

5. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly inform Stratify Go of any changes to their legal business name, EIN, or business structure that may affect ongoing compliance.

Clients are responsible for maintaining business continuity and assume the risk of operational reliance on the platform.
